Bbq Chicken

Tonight will be the first time cooking BBQ chicken on my new Grill...

 

I was thinking that I wanted to cook the chicken at about 350 degrees... Will this cook the chicken in about an hour and a half? Or do I need to up the temp?

 

What do you guys suggest???

Are you doing a beer can chicken, or just laying it on the grill? Obviously the timing will be as accurate as a weather forecast, but if you can get a meat thermometer into the breast and ensure that it is 170 degrees, then you should be okay. Google BBQ chicken recipes and you will get a lot of hits that may answer your question more accurately. Good luck.

I think an hour and a half would cremate them, if the internal temp of the grill is 350.. Like someone else said, do some Google searches. You should find what you need.. At that temp, I don't think I'd go over about 45 minutes, though..

Yeah I googled it and 45 minutes at 350 will suffice or 165 Chicken temp!
