03 Silverado 4 Wheel Drive Problem

I have an 03 Silverado that I am trying to sell. It has been sitting for about a month in the cold and snow. Yesterday I tried engaging the 4 wheel high and it would not go in. However the 4 low would engage without a problem. The shifter is on the floor not a push button. Any help would be much appreciated.

  Ha!! So GM Customer service, ive already been talking with someone on your email team and there is nothing they can do. So pretty consistent with everyone else’s experience- you can do NOTHING.. worthless emails. Sure glad i have 4 GM cars on our family cuz now its clear you dont care.. Sad and pathetic.
