I just updated my phone with the newest version of VZ Navigator and instead of typing the adress you press and hold the send button and it records it while you vocally tell your phone the adress (as if you were on speakerphone)... Once you are finished it finds the adress and navigates it...

I know this benefits those without the full keyboard but it also works great when you are driving...

So far it has been flawless 9 times out of 10... And the one time that the program did not recognize the adress this changes once I went back and recorded the zip code..

I think its a annual subscription for 9.99 unless I am mistaken and its 9.99 a month... But you can get it unlimited for $34.99(this is what I got) so I am assuming that its annual..

I have been thinking about cancelling the GPS in my truck but its only $9.99 a month as well... Works with the Bluetooth as well :(

How accurate is it? I've debated doing it a few times but haven't pulled the trigger. Is it as good as/better than the gps units you can buy?

I have never personally owned a GPS unit but Generally you spend I would say on average $150-$200... My inlaws bought them for there son and daughter and one for each of there vehicles... We didnt get one cause we have always used the GPS on our phones.. Theres seemed to be obsolete after 3-4 months.... They dont work anymore...

I installed the VZ Navigator on my mother in law's phone and she loves it...

I have't ever personally had a problem with accuracy with mine... But my wife was trying to GPS to walmart when we first moved here (cause you can do a local search for places too) and it took her to someones house... But I suspect that she put the adress in wrong...

One of the coolest things is you could be traveling and you want Chic-Fil-a and you tell it to go to chic-fil-a and it will GPS you to the nearest one!

I think that if you choose the get it now option on your phone for On the Go applications you can try it for free for like 7 days or something like that...

It's $9.99 per month, or you can access it as many times as you want in a 24-hour period for $2.99 (for example, if you first use it at 1:00 PM on Saturday they will charge you $2.99 and then you can use it as much as you want without any additional charges until 12:59 PM on Sunday).

It seems to be pretty accurate. I used it a few times but the wife got me a Garmin GPS for Christmas so we have been using that lately.
