Muffler choice

Which muffler would produce the most noise? Would a Flowest 40 series be the best choice or would getting bigger pipes out the back be the best choice? Where would I go to get bigger pipes? thanks

If noise is what you want, why not just do away with mufflers altogether and run straight pipes out back?

I would get a dump.  Friend of mine has a camero and has it dumping and it is pretty loud.  Might wanna consider that.

I just got my Flowmaster 50 installed and LOVE it.  The sound is agressive and deep but not overwhelmingly loud in the cab.  I was talking to a guy at the shop and he said for a real "Bad ass sound" (his words not mine) to run a true dual from right after the pre-cats.  He said that he would even take out the cats all together for me, but that was way out of my price range.

Flowmaster 40 Series are a nice loud aggresive muffler...they also refine the for all intensive purposes "Noise" that comes out too and refines it to a throaty, raspy exhaust note.. I like flowmaster but that's just me.
