Abs Brakes - Recurring Problem

I have a 2002 Silverado 1500 4WD. Back in 2005, the ABS had the activation at slow speed problem, and the truck was repaired under a recall. Now, the problem has started happening again to the point where I had to pull the ABS fuse just to drive it safely. My question is, is GM obligated to fix this again under the recall, or is the recall considered a one time only fix? The dealer says the recall work is only "warranteed" for one year, and they have no obligation to fix it, since the parts were replaced (the description of the recall work says only to clean the sensors, but I don't know if they actually replaced any).

 

If the answer is they don't have to fix it, then can anyone tell me how to just disable the ABS without the "Brake" warning light coming on? I need to pass inspection next month, and I'm perfectly happy driving without ABS.

I pulled the fuse on mine but the light will stay on the only way is to replace the sensors or if your looking for the no cost way you will have to take the light bulb out behind your dash... And if the warranty says to clean the sensors the only way your going to get the dealer to replace them is to show them money...
