Loose Front End Parts

I noticed that the bolt on the driver side doesn't have a nut on it, and the bolt travels freely up & down. The second one(passenger side) with the large black washer is loose and is slopping around. Both of these pics are taken while on my back, with the camera straight up, behind the fog lights.

 

What are these parts, and I'm "guessing" they should both be tourqued down?

 

This is on a 2001 Yukon XL - thanks much in advance.

Body mounts, what holds the body to the frame. Yes they should be tight. I'd suspect a previous collision requireing replacement of the core support, for these to be loose.

Yep you got it right. Had it repaired/replaced over a year ago. Wife decided she apparently didn't care for the neighbor's brick mailbox

 

We'll add a lock washer & nut and tighten them both up.
