97 Blazer 2-4 Inch Lift

Ok, I got my new project/toy, a 97 blazer 4x4 . I was thinking about putting a lift kit and some mud tires on it. But now that I've found out that it needs all new balljoints and control arm bushings, I might as well upgrade to a lift when I rebuild the suspension. What suspension lift kit would be the best to acheive about a 2-4 inch lift? Whether I lift it or not, I'll have to change all 4 balljoints and upper control arm bushings, so If a kit includes those parts, then thats a plus. And for the rear, should I use shackles? change the leaf springs? install an add-a-leaf? air shocks? helper springs? any suggestions?
