Tuner With Transmission Tuning Capabilities

I am installing 35" tires on my 08 1500 4wd extended cab. I am looking for a tuner that I can use to tune the tranmission functions.

 

I have never messed with around AT ALL with tuning an auto transmission...

 

I believe I would need an hptuner or efilive ? Are either or both of these capable of adjusting transmission settings?? If so what capabilities do they offer?? I am assuming shift points, quickness of the shift some how.. somebody said something about line pressure?? anything else?

 

I am interested in doing this to preserve the transmission due to the taller gearing and extra weight. I will also be installing 4.56s or 4.88's but in the time being I want to do this tuning.. the performance benefits will just be a bonus. I do have access to a dyno for the power tuning, but I dont know what to do with the tranny tune.

I was looking at black bear but I want to be able to hook MY laptop up to the truck and reflash as necessary.

I am an experienced FI tuner, I am quite capable of tuning fuel, timing, cam angle (when equipped) maps...

 

What I am not familiar with is the automatic tranny tuning, that of which I will indeed be begging for some assistance, or suggestions with...

I've heard Justin uses EFI Live, but I would bet both EFI Live and HP Tuners could communicate with the TCM (essentially the computer for the transmission). This is where you would change shift points, line pressure, and remove torque management if desired.
