Bumper Cap Removal Nbs Silverado

How do you do it? Does the whole bumper have to come off? I have looked and can't seem to figure it out.

Had it off in about 20 minutes working by myself.With hood up remove cover over radiator.I think about 8 push in clips.Then remove grill,there are 4 bolts on top and clips behind grill.You have to squeeze clips with pliers to remove.once grill is removed you wil see 2 bolts holding front of bumper, take these out but leave them in the holes.Now under the bumper where fog lights would go are 1 bolt on each side,remove these then across the front of the umper you will see a radiator shroud that is attached with clips,remove these then pull first 2 bolts out and remove bumper.
