A new respect!!

All you MX riders or 4-wheelers can understand what I am talking about.  I have a whole new respect for the MX guys.  Last saturday my buddy and I went out to film some jumps.  We stayed in one spot and just jumped for about two hours.  I have only been riding for about a year so I still have to get the nerve to do things.  Well my furthest jump was about 40-50 feet.  His was about 30-40.  I know we can do more but I think the fear of landing wrong scares the chit out of us.  But the respect came when my legs and arms felt like jello saturday night.  These guys do this for a living and jump ALOT higher and further than we can ever imagine.  The only reason I was able to jump that far was that their were other guys out there and I was not going to be out done.  But it was a blast and I hope to go again this weekend.  Is there a way to put a video clip on the net from a camcorder?

Sounds like you had a good time.  It's been a few years since I rode a dirt bike of four wheeler, but it's a blast and I remember those days of being completely worn out after a day of riding.      I dodn't think I could do some of the stuff I used to now though.
