Yeah...this is definitely going to stay on topic. :rollin:

Sell the bong, papers, etc... Any time you feel like a toke, go for a run. Then congratulate yourself for not falling prey with something you like. This way you'll have both negative and positive reinforcement, associate weed with exercise and no weed with ice cream, food, "Palm"ela, whatever you want, if it's the later...we'd rather not know.

Pot isn't a drug, so if you're considering quitting, it should be easy enough to do. :rollin: I, on the other hand, like it every now and then. :rollin:

81 days tobacco free here!

Totally smoke free for the moment, but if i ended up near a bong, I'd chamber it and clear it so fast it'd make your head spin. (and mine too! :rollin:)

 That's my theory, and I'm sticking with it. IMO, alcohol is more addicting than pot. When I used to drink, 13 year's of sobrioty next month, I had to have it. I don't have to have pot. I should mention that I don't pad the dealer's pocket either. :D

I agree Jeff. Alcoholism runs rampant in my family. My Dad and just about every one of my siblings has had problems, some worse than others. Luckily I never have, but I consider myself lucky. I have seen what damage alcoholism causes to a person's life and IMO alcoholism is FAR worse than being a pothead.

+1 Have to agree with CC here as genetics on my Dads side of the family also contributed to all sorts of problems with alcoholism...his brother, some of my cousins, and even some of my siblings as well...in fact, I lost a sister back in 1993 because she drank herself into the grave... It caused much grief on my Mom and she was the strongest person I knew... :D

I remember rolling one like this back in '78, with the paper that came with Cheech & Chong's "Up in Smoke". :rollin:

 Ya, I remember in one of their comedy albums in the track titled "Let's make a dope deal" where the contestant is asked, "How many joints are in a lid?" to which he replies, "Two". The host says, "Two?" and the contestant says, "I roll BIG joints!" :rollin:
