i was wondering what kind of cost efficient ways there are to maximize the power. it has dual exhaust but other than that nothing has been done. chips are very expensive so i would like to avoid them if possible. if anyone has any experience or tips it would be a lot of help. thanks boys

I dont have a tune, But Many Members here Love them and they so it makes it a big differnece.

Check the sponsors on the left side of the site. Wheatley or Black bear are awesome tuners. Plan on spending 200-250 bucks, probably the best spent first real mod.

If you think tunes are expensive, you better stop right there. Your exhaust I'd bet cost more than the average tune. Tunes range between $150-$500 and are worth every penny. Most bang for the buck if you ask me.

 

Cam, Higher stall, and lower gears will get you moving quite fast, but they all would require a tune anyways.

ya thats probably true actually haha. and i was lookin at a local dealer here and they were more up around $800. ordering online might be the way to go.

 

i also have noticed that my brakes aren't very aggressive. they seem kinda soft. as anyone else noticed this? and what are some strong brakes thatll get me stopped in a hurry?

Edmonton, Alberta Canada here as well! Anyone know of a good tuner in Edmonton. I'm looking to do my exhaust and there are quit a few different opinions floating around some say don't go with headers and dual , instead install dual high flow cats and a good muffler. Others say twin it all. I just want the best bang for the buck.
