Need A Part # Please

here goes:

this is my last year teaching at my current high school. I'm getting married in August and relocating to a different part of the state. My students love me and we usually joke around back and forth. as a going away prank, 2 of my students decided to jack my truck up and take off one of the rear tires. good joke, goes back a long way in the history of practical jokes. I'm all for having a laugh.

8th grade students come to me during 2nd hour and say "Mr. Dontje, someone stole one of your tires!" I've already figured out in my head who's guilty. I'm laughing as I walk out to my truck, see it....and I'm not laughing any more. it's sitting on the drum

now they claim they left it jacked up and "somehow" it ended up on the ground. either the jack lowered itself down, someone lowered it, or it fell out. I then proceeded to ream them a new one, along with my principal and athletic director. I've made an appointment for saturday to get my rear rear axle and rear drum checked out. if there's any damage, they know they'll be paying for it.

now, they also will be paying for a new lugnut cover that they dented and scratched, and that's my question. What is the part number for an OEM cover that looks like this. I tried looking up the numbers on the inside cover, but came up with no results.

the athletic director wanted to know if I was going to press charges on them. they're good kids, they just made a mistake...and I'm not about to put anything on their record that might come back to bite them later. if anything is damaged however, they will be covering it completely.

so, if anyone has that part number handy. I'd appreciate it.
