I am running 2" adapters right now because my tire rubbed the spindle with the fabtech lift on. I have had them on for a while now, no problems whatsoever. As long as they are torqued properly its really no different than running a negative offset wheel.

The only problem I could see that could arise from them is people are worried about them coming off, so they over torque them, and pull out the studs in the adapter or the hub. Just follow normal torqueing procedures and you will be fine. Good luck. BTW ebays got em cheap if you havent looked there already. I didnt get mine from ebay because i needed them in a hurry, but I would have...I paid something like 240 for a set of four of them from the local shop, woulda been like 120 or 140 from ebay.
