I Need Some Help For Some Mods On My Tahoe

I am looking to start moding my 04 tahoe I have a CAI and a superchips programmer. I am want more mpg and more power is alway a plus. So what can I get to help my gas mileage. I also want to put a muffler on it but I dont it to be loud on the inside of the tahoe cause its still the family ride. So tell me what you think
