Fron End Wobble

Ok so when I have my summer wheels on I get this strange wobble right at 41-46 mph. The wheels are 17x10 with 33x12.50 BFGs. I have had these on for three summers now and it just started to happen this year. I've had them re-balanced about 3-4 times with the same thing happening everytime. When I have my stockers on with 285x75x16 tires it doesn't do it. The truck has 180K on it so I'm pretty sure it's something worn-out in the front end that causes it to do this when the bigger tires are on. When I get the wobble I can look out of my window and watch the front tire wobble in and out. What could be the culprit? I set it up on stands and checked the tierods. They don't seem bad. But????? Where should I start? Your addvice will be much appreciated!

I would start with the idler arm, this is a known trouble sport for these trucks.
