Onstar And Engine Noise

Ok I just had my 04 crew cab upgraded from Analog to Digital today and with the engine running I have so much engine noise that I can barely hear the OnStar people. Yes I have did the Navigation mod and have an aftermarket amp BUT, I do not have engine noise when I listen to the radio, AM/FM or the CD changer! Could they have done something to my truck or left a ground undone????? I only get the noise when I call OnStar........

I have an appointment tomorrow to have them check the "wire feeds"

 

 

 

 

 

sounds like a bad ground, bring it back to the dealer and tell them to fix it
