    I have had my order in for my 2019 AT4 crew cab standard box 6.2 in since july 19th. Order had been accepted but still no targer production week.

    I lucked out i found oem black ones on ebay and got them for 105 shipped then sold my chrome ones for 165 on ebay minus fees and shipping i prolly broke even or gained a lil so id try that route!

    Maybe relay went bad during install when that clicking was going on. Because they fired up fine and was no noise the later heard the clicking

    Mine also was back wards relay was clicking so i flipped the connection

    Ok i have already tried 3 different grounds swapped bulbs and ballast, ill try relay today

    So i have no clue whats im doin wrong. Why am i haveing this problem on my passenger side? I have the the power from battery and input from passengerside to capacitor, to relay, to ballast, to bulbs. Grounded to the radiator support. No clue.

    Ok, one problem is that it wont fire up the morimoto hid on the problem side at all but will a cheaper hid bulb. Bulb and ballast work fine on other side. Now its stange its the same problem i had with the cheaper kits and harness. But maybe the relay is bad and not getting voltage on thr passenger side? Also that voltage sensitivity relay, say it stops from the on off on. But now my truck when i unlock it turns on the lights, i know u can shut off that feature but would it be possible to leave that on and use this. I do like that my truck lights up everything when i approach it.

    Basicly ill just flip the harness around leave the ballast where they are at to also check and make sure its not ballast. I dont known what else to try i grounded it to the radiator.i made a jumper ground to go to ths firewall. I tried other warning cancelers capacitors i had from old kits. It wont fire up the morimoto hid bulb on the passenger side and barely fires up an old cheap hid bulb.

    Id be happy with flickers on and on maybe haha still trying to straighten out my kit FROM TRS been woorking on it off and on all week my goes unlock on, crank off/on but the passenger side doesnt refire back on talked to them again today and they told me to check the voltage coming from the relay. Im gonna check cuz i did the whole swap ballast thing. This weekend im gonna pull the whole kit out goe through it and install it starting from the driver side so at least the bad side wont be burried behind the airbox. And im gonna try and run it off thr driver side oem input.

    So i called TRS today and the guy said that my case was only the 2nd time he has heard of the problem. I tried some recommendations i scrapped the paint and tried it. I used what they use for a ground the radiator bolt. I made a jumper wire for the heck of it and tried the ground on the firewall. I swapped the ballasts around like he siggested. All that and it wont fire up the morimoto hid bulb at all, ans barely fires up the cheaper hid bulb. Thinking about tring to swap the harness around and get my power from the driverside and use that side as the source of the signal for the relays. At least if i have the same problem and its on the driver side i do t have to remover the entire air box to mess with it this sucks! I am gonna call them back tomorrow with my finding i called them like 15 min before they closed so i didnt wanna hold him up.

    Ya thats what i used the cross suppport that goes to the front but i didnt srcape ill have to try that thanks

    Did u purchase anything else with the install canbus harness, or did u just strickly use the sierra spec kit? Also what did u ground to on the passenger side? Thanks

    I just got the same kit and installed it in my 2014 sierra all terrain. Sierra spec kit. But im having the same exact problem that i had with the cheaper kits that i had relays and error code eliminators on it. Well at night when i walk to the truck i unlock it and the lights turn. When u get in they cycle (turn off then back on) but thr passenger side does not refire. The driver side has always worked flawlessly in all 3 kits i have tried and set ups. The problem has always been the passenger side. Any ideas?
