  1. I03 radio? No HMI module
  2. For anyone interested, P/N 13574780 is the number of the mating connector for the heated steering wheel power and ground lead. It's about $10-15 depending where you buy.
  3. For starters, put some change in the holder on the lid. Or pens/pencils. Now try to open it up to get something out. Not so good. Or try to put a can of pop in a can cooler in those small cup holders. Better yet try a medium or large cup of coffee or soda from McD's. There may be 3 but they are too small. As for the ladies, I'm 65 and married so that ain't much of an issue.
  4. It's simple for the dealer to see if the special policy applies to your truck. They can do a vin check. All special policies/recalls come up. Not all '14s are included in policy #15829.
  5. Not very likely they talked to a tech. Most likely a service writer, and they don't know sh!t.
  6. Update. Actually it is sold as 2 horns on a bracket. Not serviced individually.
  7. 1/2 of my horn is out. They use a dual tone single horn.
  8. That would be the purge valve which the op says he changed.
  9. Is your fuel gauge accurate? Has to be for the pcm to pass this test. PCM measures the rate of decay after applying vacuum to the system. Too slow or too fast of decay will set code. Fuel level affects how fast vacuum decays.
  10. You could put non magnetic ride shocks on but there will be warning lights unless you come up with a way to bypass. Think resistors at each location.
  11. The current steering recall is the only steering recall I know of for '14-'15 LD trucks. Except for a very limited steering motor recall on '15s. No recalls for cables.
  12. 15-20 minutes from the time the tech gets the truck
  13. Fix sure is available. Have done a half dozen this week.
  14. Not unless you lie. TSB's don't mean automatically replace parts that might fail someday.
  15. The window motor/bcm needs to relearn stops. I assume you have a left side auto up/down.
  16. Great job. You are going to love it. For the life of me, I can't imagine why one wouldn't take a seat out. Two bolts, connector and tip it forward. Out it comes. Piece of cake.
  17. On a slow leak generally you drain the component and that much back in. If little or no oil comes out put 2oz in. No the vac will not pull the oil out.
  18. Are you sure you connected all the cables and in the correct position? There is no BCM reset except for disconnecting the battery.
  19. is this a Z71 truck?
  20. Just the cupholder or the whole plate assembly?
  21. No.
  22. Just an FYI. This exact process will not work on a '17. There is a process but requires 2 "known" keys to learn new keys. GM has upped security for '17.
  23. Directly behind the screen. AM/FM/XM radio and Onstar radio's both behind the screen.
  24. Onstar Nav and Onboard nav are different but are not mutually exclusive. If you have onboard nav and add an Onstar nav only subscription for about $12 a month, onboard nav does work better. Still not as good as Android Auto though.
