  1. Magnaride is only on the Denali's. The SLE, SLT, and All Terrain trucks don't have that system.
  2. I can't speak for running 35's nor can I speak for Alex at what all they did on the shop truck. I have never meet Alex in person or seen their shop truck. I am however, sure that if you call him up he will go into depth with you in regards to their setup. He is a very knowledgeable guy.
  3. I am currently running Boss Coilovers at 2.5" with stock 20s on 295/55R20s. Didn't change out the UCAs. No rubbing. The ride is absolutely night and day from the factory ride. Boss Coilovers are from Halo Lifts. They have been around for years with products for Ford trucks. They recently brought on their line of GM products. They tested for a year or so on their shop truck. With their ultimate kit they are running 35's on stock 20s. I will provide a link to their website and a link to their ultimate kit. They also have been working Total Chaos UCAs which I will also provide a link too. Boss Coilovers website: http://www.f150lifts.com/HaloLifts_bymfg_15-0-1.html Ultimate Kit direct link: http://www.f150lifts.com/2007-UP-GM-SilveradoSierra-1500-Boss-Ultimate-Kit_p_220.html Total Chaos UCAs link: http://www.f150lifts.com/Total-Chaos-Upper-Control-Arms-for-the-GM-1500-2014-2wd-4wd_p_237.html I spent a lot of time researching like you I am sure. I saw the above thread and called Alex directly. He explained the entire company background to me and the entire testing process of the Boss Coilovers on their shop truck. I was sold once I spoke with him for nearly an hour. I am glad I made the choice of Boss Coilovers and I don't think you will be disappointed either.
  4. Thanks, I have recently sold that truck. I will say after installing the rear block the truck pulled our boat much better. I don't have any pictures of the truck with the 2" block added, however, it only made the rear end of the truck only sit about 0.5" higher and wasn't noticeable at all. Which helped when pulling a trailer and not being so nose high. I hope to be leveling out the new truck soon. I know have a 2016 Sierra Denali.
  5. Okay, I have tried this with the new capacitor link as well and still nothing. I also have the ground for the capacitor link connected to the battery now, so there is no way it is bad ground. I am still getting the flicker from the lights, and buzzing from the relay harness during the day with the lights in the auto position.
  6. I tried that with the older capacitor link, and nothing changed. I will try that with new one. I have also sanded away all the paint for the ground wire on the capacitor link.
  7. Maybe one of you can help with my issue. I recently installed the TRS Sierra Spec kit on my 2014 GMC Sierra SLE. I can not seem to get the lights to function properly in the Auto position. If I put it on manual everything works perfect. My issue is in the auto position the lights either come on and turn off almost instantly or they will flicker like crazy. The relays will also start making a buzzing noise. I have contacted TRS and they sent me a new capacitor link for the kit. I have installed that and the issue is still there. I don't know what to do at this point. I know this has to do with PWM and how the DRLs work on the SLE model, but I just can't figure out why the capacitor isn't fixing the issue.
  8. I wont be doing this until my current 33's run out of tread life. Then I will be doing the body lift and 35's. From now until then I could find a different tire that I like and will hopefully measure out closer to your size tires, may have to go with a metric tire size. I am glad to see someone has succesfully completed what I had in my mind. All the 4 wheel/off road shops I have talked to have told me that it was not possible to fit a 35 inch tire without a 6 inch lift. I will be glad to prove them wrong once mine is complete.
  9. I will be running the Cooper Discoverer STT, which I am currently running in the 33X12.50R20. Their 35s measure out to an overall diameter of 34.65, so they should be okay.
  10. How much of a pain was it to put the body lift on? I am currently running the Pro Comp 2.25" Leveling Kit, 2" blocks in the rear, and 33X12.50 on the Denali wheels. My thoughts are if I put a body lift on I can run 35s.
  11. Does anyone have any extra IN4004 doides they wouldn't mind paying forward? PM me and I will provide my address. Thanks in advance.
  12. I am running the 2.25" Pro Comp Kit up front, 2" Pro Comp Block and U-bolt kit, and 33X12.50R20. Stock Denali wheels.
  13. Everyone looking into buying the parts needed for this swap may want to give the following website a shot. (www.gmpartsonline.net) I have noticed that their prices seem to be cheaper than all the other GM parts stores online, and their shipping is also cheaper. Also, waiting to see what is found out about the wiring harness that come with the trucks that have the center console from the factory. I would like to do this, but I want all the plugs on the console to work properly.
  14. Nice looking truck!
