    When I was at the shop getting my can put in, he showed me the head on a 140K port injection motor, the valves where nice and clean no build up, he showed a DI injection head with 30K miles and it looked like a bbq girl after a heave bbq session

    Yep waiting on them to send me the link. The guy is super smart and really really knows his stuff. He even gave me a tour of the shop. Very eye opening the difference in cylinder heads on a DI and port injection motor. Down right scary actually

    For the last 6 months I've been sold on going blackbear, however there is a local GM shop in my area that offers custom hypertech tunes and dyno time cheaper than blackbear. So my question is the Blackbear custom tune that much better than what can be offered with Hypertech?

    winterblend fuel sucks. Each day I travel about 60 miles and always avg about 19-20 mpg over a 50 Mile pass avg 16 now on same trip ugh

    everyday I check in on this thread and read. It breaks my heart to see you guys going through this. I will say just in a few months of reading this thread i've learned so much, you guys are some smart SOB's i'll wager one of you in here figure all this out before anyone in GM land does
