    Like I said I saw flex in mine, with it shimmed it doesn't flex. That was point of the mod so it worked. Now does it improve throttle response and all people crack it up to be I didn't think so. Placeebo effect is my guess. That said it costs nothing but 5 mins, go for it it can't hurt anything. If you feel it makes a difference than it was worth it.

    Thanks, thinking of an L86 swap and should be a lot of similarities but much simpler too then what your tackling. Curious how straight forward it was outside of the car intake tb routing wrong way, accessories I'd guess are somewhat different.

    I have the adjustable and shimming appears to be the same and I saw the flex in bracket people were talking about but I didn't notice a big change. Think this is one of those butt dyno things. If you put people in a blind test you couldn't tell the difference.

    Dont think it matters much, think most 2 inch are lower and easier to install. 2.5 and up seem to be both.

    Looks like it, id guess a little of that is inflation. Id have to pump to max psi to check. Might do that one day.

    In the driveway at 35psi, front measured just under 32 and and rear just over. I need to contact BFGoodrich and see if I should be running a higher psi.

    That and if you post with a business in background, street sign etc and have city posted easy to track down. It is funny but to each their own.

    I did the math on mine and only gained about 5ish a corner I believe but that weight is further out too which hurts. Def lil slower but not as much as I expected. I went 20 to 17 and think it rides better even with the higher load range.

    Thanks I'll have to measure, is that tread to tread top to bottom? I'd doubt it, sitting it flattens a lil. I need to check my speedo too against gps.

    That frame above is worst I've seen. I've gone fluid film route. I take a look now and then or anytime work on it and spray any area that is exposed or flaking. So far so good. Lil rust but not bad yet. Probably 15-20% of frame on my 14 and mostly back half and lift points.

    I had a 2inch front level and now bilstein 1.85 and have 285/70/17. Don't think the look too small. My pics are a few pages back post 4018, not apples to apples but should be close comparison.

    Tool box or gun storage would be great, but doesnt seem like there is a lot of room. Will the seat stay in the up position after cutting the tab?

    This worked way better than I thought it would. So this is stand alone and just run wires to battery? Did you order the optional extra LED strips or is that just the base Cool White Led strips for 30 bucks?
