  1. Some wheel locks maybe, but they aren't getting mine off before they feel hot lead in their ass.
  2. Exactly. If you don't like noise, stay stock.
  3. I find buying new wheels after they've been stolen "more trouble than it's worth" all the time! ?
  4. I use the Amsoil filter.
  5. Yea, they're not a night-and-day difference that a lot of folks want them to be.
  6. Spend the extra $400 and get the Amps. Solid product and solid company. I've had them on all my vehicles and the couple of time I've needed help, they overnighted me the parts, no questions asked and noatter how old they were.
  7. I assume you have an AT4/TB? If so, yes, the block in the last picture is the factory-installed part. Of course, the regular trucks don't have the blocks. The shims are installed correctly.
  8. Front: 24-309509 Rear: 24-309516
  9. There are no "spacers that came from the factory" on the front of your TB, just longer struts than the non-TB trucks to achieve the extra 2". The Bilsteins replace these struts and allow you up to 1.1" additional lift to bring the truck closer to level (although it won't be and will still have some rake).
  10. Do you have a leveling kit already installed on your TB lift? If not, then yes, you can gain a maximum up front of 1.1" with the shocks. I have a 1.5" leveling kit installed on my TB lift so I would lose nearly half and inch by going to the Bilsteins.
  11. Pretty much. I'm tempted to get these as well, but with a max of only 1.1" up front, I'd give up 0.4" I currently have with my 1.5" leveling kit. My truck already has more rake than I want, not sure I want to make it worse. I may just run the Bilsteins at stock height and reuse my leveling kit.
  12. Shocks have nothing to do with load capacity. The weight of the vehicle and its load is carried by the springs.
  13. Griots Garage Satin Black. You're welcome.
  14. Installed GM intake. ECU reflash in the morning.
  15. It's a paint blemish inside the cab out of the elements under the headliner...put your truck back together and forget about it.
  16. People throw around this "buy back" thing around like it's easy and common - it isn't. What is wrong with your truck?
  17. You need the reflash to let the ECU take advantage of the increase in airflow. I doubt they'd be able to do it without the authorization code that came in the kit. They have to call into GM and give them that one-time code and your VIN to get a reflash.
  18. Nevermind....I see you have an AT4. Are you going to run the fronts at the highest 1.1" setting?
  19. I have a set of black ones I'll trade ya.
  20. Thanks! That's what I was trying to say - you just said it much better! ??
  21. Do either of you have the instructions that come with the kit? Or a link to them?
  22. Test drive and research prior to purchase = winning
