  1. Has anyone noticed the leak from a car wash? Mine is build 8/2018 and I haven't seen a leak yet. I can't count on the rain since that's rare in AZ and mine is in the garage. I've taken it to the car wash plenty of times and never an issue.
  2. What about the RetraxPro MX retractable. Has anyone installed one of those and have feedback? They are a bit pricey but offer some cool features. Thanks, Smitty
  3. February this year and that was not with Costco.
  4. 2019 LTZ 6.2 Silverado 4x4 - $61k msrp + TTL (Around $65k) and I was out the door $55,700. I had to battle hard.. Quick tip... look at the manufacture date on the driver side, mine was sitting on their lot for 4 or 5 months when I bought it and they had 2. I told them when they are serious call me or they can keep it on the lot for another 5 months, that it was too much money and that's why no one was buying it.. a lot more to that but look for one that's been on the lot for a while. They called me 3 times on the way home, I got my price and they delivered it to my house at 8:00 PM that night. I felt like that was a good deal at the time but I'm sure there are better out there now. Also.. don't pay and finance an extended warranty, you are just paying interest on that! Wait until you are almost out of the factory one and buy then! Why pay for something you aren't even going to use for 3 years AND pay interest on it.. Smitty
  5. I'm in AZ, I'll take that adjustable sun visor! hahaha
  6. I've had my 2019 6.2 LTZ for 4 months \ 2900 miles and I've had ZERO real issues. The only thing I've noticed has to do with the wheel well liners. One of them is missing 2 of the screws that hold it in there. I don't see that as anything at all. Performance and everything else has been fine on mine. Mine was built 8/18 just as a reference. The 10 speed transmission and 6.2 are amazing, that's the main reason i bought this. Smitty
  7. I don't have a link but I found a perfect one at of all places NAPA sold one with a drain plug. This was for a 2008 but I would try there, I seem to remember it was about $40-$60 and I never had an issue with it, perfect fit.
  8. It doesn't seem like it can handle that much, a basic power tool or an air pump but that's about it. I tried to plug in a kids baseball pitching machine to it and it wouldn't do a thing with that. Oh well.
  9. So living in AZ we use sun shades quite a bit. When I put one up and covered the sensor behind the rear view mirror (i didn't know there was one) it made the outside mirrors dark. I didn't know the side mirrors would change at all but they sure do when that sensor is covered. Matt
  10. Well that's a real bummer to find out. There has to be a way to bypass that.
  11. So what happens after the 3 \ 36,000?
  12. Shamrock - That really stinks man, I'm sorry you went through all of that crap, that's not cool at all! It's that crappy dealership, I would raise hell about them for sure! Few people take pride in their work anymore! Please let us know what happens.
  13. Wow that looks nice!! My 19 is still stock and that picture was a punch in the face! Really nice job, thanks for sharing!
  14. I was told the dealership can come after you for the rebates, that has nothing to do with GM financial.
  15. FYI - Legal fees are NOT tax deductible. hahaha.. I actually asked about that for tax season this year, write offs have changed.
  16. Thanks for keeping us in the loop, hopefully all of this helps other through the process. Good luck and I'm sorry you had troubles initially.
  17. Why does a sun roof change the max payload?
  18. I didn't see an LTZ in that list either. GREAT notes, thank you!!!
  19. I wonder if these are coming from a certain location as far as where they are built, or a certain build date?
  20. Great job, very impressive! I hope you get it dialed in and listed on Amazon soon! Include a template for people to follow on where to cut and mention it won't work with a sunroof! hahaha Good luck to you! Smitty
  21. Great looking truck! You are going to love it.. CONGRATS!
  22. I"m anxious to see pictures also! I just bought a 19 LTZ 6.2 and I've wanted this kit installed as well! With those Duratracs it's going to look amazing! Congrats on your new ride!
  23. I have to agree with you, I bought the 19 LTZ with the 6.2 \ 10 and I can't imagine ever needing more, ever. It's very impressive. If I needed more I would get a sports car, this thing has tons of power. How much quicker \ impressive was the supercharged 5.3 over your 6.2? Night and day, barely noticeable or not worth the hassle? I'm just curious.
  24. Is this really any better than the sub that's in there now with the Bose premium package? LTZ and up. Is this replacing or adding to what's already in there?
  25. Those Nfab rails look really nice. As far as protection, you mean they won't fold up like an aluminum can when someone else door hits it? I like the minimal looking design. You don't think you will get tripped up on them getting in \ out at all? Sharp looking truck!
