  1. One of reasons I didn't buy a Ram was because of AC issues I heard about....so cal gets toasty in summer so that won't fly....I dont want to have to re enginner their system to get proper AC....
  2. Top right hand corner on my sticker it states engine
  3. Ah ****** man.....my bad, good to know I was trippin....that clears it up
  4. Bilsteins arent meant to be "cushy" shocks....they favor control and are tuned more for offroad than street.....as well as digressive valving (opposite of progressive)....while not for serious offroad that type of valving is bit stiffer in beginning of stroke vs progressive system...harder you hit something smoother it feels....you really can't have both....no shock will work excellent in both areas so always a compromise.....to what degree, personal needs, and taste depends on the driver....I prefer a progressive shock but didn't want to spend bank on kings......bilsteins do bigger hits well but small chatter on streets not so much....I would probably prefer eibach over them......again it's all preference and only way you'll know what's for you is to ride in a set.....after I burn thru these I will change to a progressive set....am a not huge fan of bilsteins myself...my 20" rims aren't helping either I am sure...but for the price and lift they provide, hard to beat......still relatively a cheap shock so can't expect too much
  5. So basically you just have a BDS 4.5" lift? idk why they label it way they do when you end up scrapping out stock lift of AT4 (unless you use spacer for front) Nevertheless nice kit and am sure it rides as good as it gets for lifted truck!....it is good idea if money is a concern to leave option for coilovers in future, least you would have everything else already set in place, just pop them in when ready ...
  6. dont think its possible.....the module under dash and possibly other software.....they make it almost impossible to convert the IOR to anything else well worth the $1300 for conv 2 if you want those features.....I certainly miss them
  7. i"ve had both T1 1500s and 2500s....they seem to be exaclty the same, cant imagine they wont swap from 2500 to a 1500.......looked and felt identical to me....3500 is same as 2500....difference is in suspension alot of full consoles have the conv 2 pkg IOS with SD card and alot of bench seats are IOR so that maybe the issue with harness, idk just using common sense and knowledge but ive never done one so could be something else.....just a thought
  8. info will be on the sticker
  9. Build & Price: 2021 Sierra 1500 | GMC nah just std pricing
  10. Mine came with it, didn't think it was special.....but oh yeah it is....I use it almost everyday.....wouldn't buy another without it.... this is my 3rd T1 since 2019
  11. GM wouldn't recommend using a composite spring with lift kit but I would bet it still works fine....I sure see alot of LT lifts around my area and positive they aren't all done with high end kits.... Cannot see why it wouldn't work with a composite spring tbh....what warranty issue could it possibly effect?...its a leaf spring Understand peeps being a lil sketched out but it operates like a normal leaf spring...putting a block under it isn't gonna change surface area it already sits on stock....just lil bit higher....its a way for GM to sell LT trail bosses and not letting customers make their own imo
  12. Yes....conv 2 pkg or preferred pkg (GMC) had it on my 2500 but don't on elevation 1500 I just got.....longer I have the truck the more I miss the features.... always buy interior the exterior is easy It's only $1300.....well worth it imo vs hacking it in for twice the cost later.....
  13. Ram is only few hundy...idk Ford In 2019 I believe chevy was only few hundred Just kinda funny is all ..
  14. on GM site the price difference is massive between the 2.....usually only few hundred bucks, why is this?......because of the frame?
  15. 2500s going for MSRP?......am sure they are since they are sold before arriving
  16. 2500s going for MSRP?......am sure they are since they are sold before arriving
  17. Put mine on while ago....AT4 5100s on standard elevation....1st clip with aftermarket front spring...2" block in back...bout 1" out of level but I have 2 more clip positions I can use (am fine with bit of rake)...aftermarket UCA and alignment....
  18. After 2 year mark you can start shopping and comparing companies...they want your business....still pretty competitive, but yeah you have to read what it covers....I would never buy one from a dealer at their insane prices....ive never had a problem
  19. You can also buy it when your factory one gets close to its end.....
  20. I had a hard time finding one too....especially in 2500s
  21. I did both of mine with seal light and same...totally worth upgrade and didn't have any issues
  22. There are 2 systems of kicker available....1 for bose system and 1 for non bose....I believe the non bose has an Amp possibly but not 100%..... This is for the Kicker sub GM sells I have aftermarket speakers for non bose GMC Elevation and improvement is minimal....better but not by much....it needs more than just speakers even for just rock or classics..(not a rap/hip hop fan that needs alot of base)...... Pretty sad for stocm stereo in this day and age imo
  23. i had both and prefer the full console.....the bench seat armrest you have to clean everything off the top to open it, i like having places to put items and more cupholders.....it is a cleaner look as well, the center storage on full console was not thought out well ( a big hole) it should be divided into 2 seperate areas but i put a tray in top and its sufficient enough.... ive had 3 T1s in last 3 years ( 1 of them 2500) and 2 had bench and current has full console.....i would get full console everytime
  24. if you want to lift it 6inches dont worry about TB/AT4.....stock lift comes out so your starting out with a standard silverado or sierra.....you would get a 6" BDS lift for 19-21 GM truck.....the TB lift is just a strut and block kit, scrap that out instead of building on top of it would put a proper lift on with coilovers to match the height......truck will ride and perform alot better BDS with fox or king setup is way to go imo....
