  1. Squeeked this in February b4 prices went cray cray
  2. Ordering right now seems like a fart in the wind.... Can't even complete the trucks they need to sit on lots much less a special ordered vehicle......would think you'll be waiting forever
  3. Yeah I want black 18s plus I am in california
  4. I would think it be easier for older gens....I found em for newer gen fairly easily......bilstein lifts
  5. I wanted JBA but they didn't have any for mine...I am running cognito on 3 in front lift on my T1 with stock tires and it clears....reason I got them cuz I read they would....I would assume if they say they will they should
  6. I figured the same....to get stuff I wanted was impossible or crazy expensive.....you see threads here all the time guys wanting to upgrade their lower trims on a truck they just bought.....I paid 47k OTD (CA 10% sales tax) for 2020 LT 2500 CC with conv 1 and 2 pkgs, advanced trlr pkg...a custom was only like 1k cheaper....if your truly happy with a WT by all means but if your already thinking you won't be than you won't for sure.....I dont need a Denali but some stuff is nice.......adding after the fact is a PITA and costs more, or isn't even possible (ask custom TB owners trying to convert LT steering wheel over to theirs) Like some above stated they are totally happy with WT but if your already questioning it that's not good......twice I have done that and regretted it
  7. My 19 RST had a tiny bit of this but my 21 GMC has been flawless so far....not too cold here either
  8. this is what i did in febuary....same exact rebates and discounts on both trucks but made a profit on one i sold....it would be alot harder to do today i think
  9. you can use eibach spring with bilstein struts to add lift....they fit and gives you more height plus its just a better quality spring than OEM...also you can use TB/AT4 bilstein 5100 kit which gives you 2" at standard clip setting for the front, with bilstein and eibachs you can reach multiple different heights very easily up to 4" for front if i wanted to just level my truck i would use AT4/TB 5100 kit up front and standard 5100s in rear.....the springs are same price as spacer kits
  10. we just emailed selling price or OTD price.....I never actually go to the dealership, last 3 trucks i bought all had addendums but i didnt pay and all were done online, but now may be different.....Rudy gave me a good sell price right off the bat twice......right now may different but i did see their website and they had one for 7k off msrp with no markups nd they had like 19 sierra 1500s......you just have to email them and see what they say..........there are some deals i am sure.....you have to be aggressive and if your too low they stop communication, lol.......ball is in their court right now so negotiating is more about you and how you handle it.....just hit them up and see what they say
  11. 1in kit for the diff....generic one, just spacers basically
  12. Reynolds in west Covina has a few and no markup it looks like.... One salesman there was pretty straight shooter out of all the schisters I went thru but he just didn't have the truck I wanted at the time so I didn't go thru whole process with him but seemed decent......Rudy Knobloch is the salesman there.....
  13. i just installed a AT4 kit (UCA as well) with an almost level stance and there was a guy at the shop who had a TB that was leveled and said he blew out his upper control arm....the owner had mentioned about him when i first went in to get a quote granted this wasnt a lift shop but they were clueless about new GM trucks tbh.....well now they arent, lol..... stock arm is pretty puny and pathetic for a truck this size and if you decide to 4 wheel it, i dont see how they can take it.....it looked like it was made out of coke can. pretty cheaply made part imo
  14. i killed it on selling my 2020 LT 2500 to carvana cpl months back
  15. I just swapped out for bilstein 5100 and eibach springs......Eibach took too long so i went this route, installed an AT4 kit with eibach springs on my elevation but it would work for any silverado or sierra....wanted more height than standard bilstein kit so thats why i went with AT4/TB kit
  16. Put on bilstein/eibach spring AT4 5100 kit on my elevation....I used stock height clip with eibach spring for close to 3.5 in front and 2" block in rear I could have used 2nd clip to gain bit more for level but want slight rake....like this better than spacer system and also have cognito UCA and drop kit for CV is coming soon
  17. I want 18s....I have 20" black elevation rims. ... Just get them powdercoated.....unless you don't like the pattern
  18. Heavier/bigger tires/rims should soften it up a bit.......tough compromise...cant soak up nasty hits offroad and ride smooth on street....no shock can do both well so always bit of give and take depending on where you want most emphasis on
  19. What are you guys paying for labor install on 4 shocks, UCA, rear block and alignment?.....I been to 4 places and they want 1k plus which seems crazy high to me.....in so cal LA area I was thinking $500-600 range for 2-3 hr job they all stated as the install time..... I could do it myself I just don't have the time
  20. Exactly....the sticker on door has vin and build date....pretty sure it would be fraud to mess with that.....
  21. My 2019, 2020 and 2021 all had addendums.....I didn't pay for any of it on either.....they waived it but it took some time....about a week or so on avg......definetly not in first "round" of negotiations but they will if they need to sell......right now they don't so will be tougher
  22. I just slipped by with getting the most for my truck and still getting reasonable discount on the new in February.... Can't blame dealers as it's no different if you had a product and knew you could get more than usual.....supply and demand will always rule the market
  23. yeah there wasnt any markups when i bought mine.....it was before this trend, all so cal dealers were stil pretty high though.....i just contacted a ton of them and got best OTD price from Laura and Van buick in scottsdale......so i just went with Van because they were closer.....i had a check to pay cash so i didnt have to haggle at dealer or financing.....was in and out in 30 min........whoever has the best price is your place.....last 2 trucks i did whole deal by email basically, actually truck before this one l bought in april 2020 i never set foot in dealership at all.....its all about sell price......only thing that matters......right now if i had to do it over i would go out of state most likey again
  24. i just did.....1 1/8" flooring was $100 a sheet i bought mine in february from Arizona, Laura was a little cheaper but alot farther and 3 nights of hotels, gas, miles on truck, and worst snow and ice storm to hit midwest.....i paid 1k over them but was home in 6hrs on the tank they filled up for me and $40 plane ticket, lol I have seen 5k markup in so cal just about everywhere.......it is what it is, they play by the demand and what they can get......
