mine is same with 18s and tire pressure sticker.....I wanted the 18s ( more sidewall and not digging chevys 20'' rims) and really like the stock rims so that's a bonus.....coilover conversion at some point

I love column shifter, I guess since I grew up with them but I don't want a dial

my center console wont open so have to go to dealership, I am pretty sure they are gonna have to replace it, idk if they can just get the lid open and not too sure they wont break it or something else just trying to get it open (I have tried and its jammed pretty good)....what are are my chances I can get a full center console (upcharge maybe?)....I think the whole console comes as a complete unit with seat as well, since I wont have one to sell after upgrade to recoup.....they should have checked vehicle over imo….I wanted bucket seats but their wasn't any available unless I went up to LTZ....anyone have any luck scoring an upgrade from defective part, I actually wouldn't mind paying a lil extra at all for full console as long as I get bit of deal for headache I am waiting for dealer to call me to let me know my local dealer has a FOB and manual before I make appt for console

yeah mine has slight pull to right....I have to go in and get my center console lid to open ( it wont open) and get my other key, and manual....and have alignment checked....hopefully any recalls too, lol...I hate going to service departments so more they can knock out in one shot the better

I dropped mine down to 50 psi on all 4 corners and no warning lights.....while its still a big truck and stiff overall the air pressure does help a lot with the ride, I was thinking of going with some bilsteins or eibachs but don't know if that will help the ride much.....probably throw 500lbs over the rear axles for DD, and yank them when I need full capacity.....I actually do like the fact these trucks don't body roll like 1500s.....

I bought the sealight laxmas L2 H11 and was skeptical....actually amazon recommended an upgrade to kit the guy posted a page or so back....$10 more, I installed them (super easy through wheel well)….I did low beams first as I didn't want to be out 2 sets if they had problems....now granted they have only been on few days but am totally happy with product if it lasts....beam is near identical to stock, no blinding other cars and light is more than enough for me, I am sure you can get better but its similar to 2019 RST that had factory LEDs and that's plenty for me.....so far so good....well worth $50, i could stand that dingy yellow light not a light fanantic and wont be changing anything but headlights....taillights and blinkers are plenty for others to see and its not exactly a small inconspicuous vehicle, lol

2500 was 70rr and 60frt.....I dropped to 55 on all 4 corners and no alerts or warnings....it does help some though but still could be better....since I don't need payload rating all the time ill just throw 500lbs in back and yank it when I need ability.....

I got LT as well.....gotta have that armrest open up for storage and went for conv 2 pkg but to be honest only the infotainment is worth the upgrade....the power outlets are useless and rear window opening I don't care really....under seat storage in rear and seats having storage isn't really convincing though I thought it would.....info and DIC is much better though.....I could probably do without and be just fine.....what I really wanted was bucket seats center console but could only find one and for sure they were the ones who wouldn't budge off MSRP (FUNNY THING IT WAS BLACK, LOL) ......I got scared as inventory was drying up and most of the other trucks I was looking at sold shortly after....with things reopening and some of incentives being less ( here prices went up a bit) I think what we saw will be best til November.... quite a few here had those lights but think they were mostly GMC models....I don't really need them but know when its something you want its important regardless.... I saw a dude right behind me on freeway with 2020 LTZ 2500HD..........don't see too many on roads yet

yeah some welding involved but not a ton....new control arms and scrap out T-bars, fit in a new shock.....just by design they should ride better.....this will be my end game as well, probably way down the road tho….. they could put out kits without having to go up to a king or fox as I am sure any would be more comfy, and bring in more business as more would be willing to do it.....at some point though I will have it done regardless.... I understand why you did the current kit and its only temp

I like smaller rim myself....18" is plenty for me and really wont even change my stock rims out.....next big upgrade probably way dtl is coilover conv kit.....

ahh, they don't have one yet that's is probably the way I would go but not in a hurry....these trucks are plenty big, just hair higher in front good enough for me.....the quality of ride most important....they actually don't ride too bad stock, steering is bit more vague and suspension is firmer but not bouncy like 1500s....was gonna just get shocks but why, if I just gonna tear em out anyway I would float the idea of conversion with just like an eibach set or Bilstein but don think that's possible.....around 5k for these kits?

what about a coilover conversion and just eliminating the torsion bars?....seems like best way to go but most expensive as well....and maybe not good for towing?

I saw a video where guy installed bulbs thru wheel well, they just popped off wheel liner and accessed it from back....

nevermind you can delete this.....another thread right below I did see short post about retro fits but it ended without really a lot of alternatives... I have seen some youtube vids where guys just pop in LED in their trucks but read elsewhere where there may be some issues.....the aim, will it trigger anything inside DIC center or other?....or is it really as simple as just popping them in.....I don't have any experience with lights but hate the halogens, some kits are $40, some $100-200 and probably go on up from there....also any reputable brands?.....surely there are guys on here with quite a bit of experience and have LT, custom or WT trims it is sad you have to get an LTZ to get LED but on GMC an SLE will have em…..50k truck and my headlights suck, what are you gonna do, lol.....thanks

yeah my 1500 was at 32lbs....I know load range is E and HD and all, but I don't tow only haul loads so lower I can get em the better, my dealer owes me another key fob and manual so have nothing to go off currently....

you as well my man! I love my rims!.... so wont be needing the HC's, not like you still have em anyways, lol did your truck soften up a bit after few thousand miles?....I know you got a 3500 and can I drop air pressure in my tires or will sensors go off?

that sucks.....I just got my new truck and it has premium infotainment but not navigation....I may check it out later, the system is nicer than than the one on my RST....conv 2 pkg got me the better system
