  1. that's a friggen beast right there!
  2. I am sure that is the look and looks very well done, but isn't my taste, lol.....cant believe people want that big and deep of a rim....its all rim and lil bit of truck
  3. think your misinformed....coilovers will and should last a lot longer than standard racho shock and being rebuildable is a plus....the rancho you just throw it away, the coilover can be serviced for $100 ea, and isn't that expensive to replace seals, etc...it does suck you have to pull them off but at least you don't have to throw away your $1800 set of shocks......coilover is a better product any way you look at it. and should get same if not more life out them than standard shock..its a lot beefier so wont be working as hard.also you could turn around and sell them later on…..theyre are quite a few leveling struts out there as well I hear ya on spacer though I don't like them and wont use them....
  4. their are ton of them out there, but really you just need the rotation and easily greaseable and replaceable joint be nice.....if you want to dump crazy money on them for sure they will more than oblige you, lol...… mazulla, cognito, krypto and Ben @ filthy motorsports recommended SPC (adjustable and easily replaceable ball joint) to me, though they didn't have one ready last I checked the camburg tubular is a better deal and more than enough.... RC, readylift and all susp lift co have them as well and would fix the issue and be way better than stock...….as long as your not smashing whoops at 60 MPH..... you can spend $400 or $1400 or go really big with this
  5. it doesn't matter....just range of motion for amt of lift you have, the ball just has more rotation, any are gonna be a lot better than stock
  6. they cant void a warranty unless they can "prove" your aftermarket part caused the damage......since it is their part your using I am guessing that will be tough.....I wouldn't worry about it
  7. I am most likely going to head out to Corona and see Eibach this week....my plan is to run their kit and buy TB CV axles and probably pick up a UCA at some point....2.75 in front and 1 in rear....see if Eibach will install everything.... would like a hair more but whateves am gonna get a 2500HD in few years so it will be fine....was gonna do GM kit but just too much rake and don't want a spacer think eibach fronts are lil cheaper than RC.....$140 ea and less if you get em from dist maybe, just FYI
  8. yeah that's probably what it is.....amazing though almost 2 years later and just getting around to production.....everyone very late with new gen pickups.....just not selling enough maybe, though I have seen a ton of em on road last few months.....when I first bought mine I would rarely see one
  9. yep, that's exactly what it says on their website.....but for std 1500 you can get up to 2" in front, I thought I was high for a second which wouldn't have been first time, lol I have seen 2019 with 2.5 coilovers on them though....this was in 9/18, so am sure you could have gotten a set if you called them
  10. cant you just order it from Brembo?....for sure GM hikes up their prices pretty crazy I used to race motocross and when I started riding KTM's (they have brembos) it was amazing how much better their brakes were than Japanese brands.....nobody cares about brakes until you actually drive a vehicle that has really good ones.....its not just power of better ones its modulation and progression they have....you can only go as fast as you can stop.....I am surprised there isn't more people interested especially with HD trucks and towing.....am sure they would think more about it if they drove a truck with Brembo setup.....most who do mods want other people to see the product, f you cant see it not worth doing kinda thing......but better brakes is a huge plus I didn't drive earlier silverados but my 2019 does have some pretty nice brakes, it was one thing that really stood out in first few months.....I wouldn't mind having better though....I drive my old tundra to work couple days a week and its not even close be interested if I could get em for less than what GM wants
  11. can you buy just front struts?.....another option is throw eibach pro truck sport kit, (will reach up to 3")on front. funny you mentioned the cv axles as I was gonna buy them seperatly as well....
  12. it could be but idk, I just think the computer will be off either way you look at it, will need to be recalibrated
  13. Am only seeing 2.0 for 1500...no specific models can be entered....says At4 is 0" lift at bottom of description
  14. the eibach kit with eibach spring sits higher than same kit with stock spring....i believe its about 1" difference more lift....so when your reading stuff note whether its stock spring or eibach….both work on same kit.
  15. actually that's what you want if you have a good shock.....spring just supports the vehicle and shock is responsible for dampening, spring shouldn't get in the way of shock doing its job....if you have more dampening maybe can get away with lighter spring.....but yeah you want the shock doing most of the work....
  16. I like the factory look!....theres a few others on here that have done same with stock wheels, i cant see why i would ditch my rims when i actually like them, lol....heck i am waiting for my stock tires to burn out cuz i cant see replacing perfectly good sneakers.
  17. its whatever your comfortable with and how you use the truck....
  18. yeah I didn't see that.....only options I saw was for sierra 1500 or canyon or Silverado 1500 and colorado , no specific 1500 models https://www.ridefox.com/filter.php?f1=&v1=&m=truck&make=GMC&model=Sierra+1500+&year=2020&position=ALL
  19. probably because on a BDS or zone lift they drop differential and on level kits they don't...being how a TB is already 2" and then going another 2" without doing the diff isn't such good idea.... from everything ive seen 2.5 is about cutoff point......talked with numerous offroad companies and they all suggested not going over 2.5 without correction....if only pavement obviously its lot less stress on truck....seems they are the offroad guys who do it correctly and pavement guys with primary goal to fit wheels and lifts are really secondary....most here seem to be after the looks as primary goal but its not that it wont work its whats gonna happen 6 months, 1year or 2 years down the road....just because it drives and feels ok doesn't mean its correct and wont have issues later on.....afterall its a brand new truck so could take awhile....for sure less stress less problems most of it really makes sense if you think about it...but GM kit does give CV axles which is good thing , but am not comfortable with issues I have already seen, and fact you lose performance and geometry still isn't as good is can or should be.....the fact they even state that is a bad sign.....and member here already scrapped his when I thought it was what it ended up being....most of issues with lifts are these types of things.....ive never trusted a dealer to have my best interest and really they don't care either way....most will never come back anyway for various reasons
  20. they fit any model....TB is 0" lift, std model 2" of lift...look more carefully
  21. I got an RST but was also looking at an LT....wouldn't have mattered to me either way, I don't mind the chrome I actually like the TB front end and black bumpers but wasn't willing to lose the interior features.....always buy the interior ive learned, outside is lot easier am not a real tech person but I really like heated seats and wheel...paid no attn and didn't care but man are they nice!
  22. it does suck when you want to add a feature but they make you buy a bunch of stuff you don't want or need.....think they all do it to some degree.....when I was building RAM's they seemed to be lil better than chevy with that....I wanted to add an option and think I had to get snow plow or 5th wheel pkg or something and it had nothing to do with what I needed, lol. most of stuff should just be ala carte
  23. interesting and bet its pretty close every year.......seems you can always get at least 20% except for maybe right when they are released.....I been on here almost a year and seen plenty get good discounts all year.....just depends on how well the buyer knows how to negotiate is the difference....they make it on financing.
  24. should fit any 1500 as the strut is only lift a TB/AT4 has anyways...could use em to level a standard model. so that means Eibach has their springs done for their kit as well I would imagine, seeing how fox is using their springs
