  1. I have it as well with the standard tips. Wonder if they sell the new tips on their own?
  2. Do you have a link or picture of this tool?
  3. My first oil change resulted in a huge oil spill in my garage floor that night as they didn’t tighten the filter and it leaked all over my garage floor. It was free but then again it wasn’t! Have been doing my own since. Easy on this tall truck. Now can someone explain more about the TPMS relearn? I can’t simply rotate my tires?
  4. Same here on my 2020 AT4
  5. I just tightened them.
  6. I have the exact same thing on my 2020 AT4 with the sport exhaust. I went to the dealer and checked two other trucks and they had the same noise on startup. Goes away in a minute or so. Something quiets down after it heats up. No idea what it is.
  7. Just checked mine. About 1 turn each bolt to tighten. Never had any problems but wanted to be proactive on this. Thanks for the heads up.
  8. Guys is there a video or write up on this? Is this the big fuse block under the hood?
  9. I think it’s normal. Bumper needs to be level but the truck has rake. Mine is similar. Doesn’t show as much since it’s a dark color and hides the gap better.
  10. That’s bull. They know about it and there is no fix other than changing the setting on the IPhone that locks out the side buttons for ringer volume. It’s a well known issue that all dealers are aware of.
  11. My brother and I bought 2020 AT4s at the same time about a month ago. Great trucks. He had the exact same thing happen to him on Monday. The problem was that Both his kid left there laptops on and charging in his car for two days. They sucked down the battery enough that when under the load of the starter the voltage dropped low enough to screw up the startup procedure of many systems in the truck. He got a ton of low voltage codes and a check engine light and the trans was all screwed up and wouldn’t shift out of his garage. Put it in a charger overnight and everything was back to normal the next day. These new trucks are rolling computers. Any voltage issues will screw them up big time.
  12. This is a great thread and super informative. Does anyone have some thoughts on why some small number of these leak but the vast majority do not? I am trying to see what the characteristics of a leaker are so I can proactively inspect my rear window for the fault that may cause a future leak and maybe be proactive with a fix to prevent a water disaster inside the truck?
  13. I test drove the 5.3 vs the 6.2 since I wanted to see if the difference was worth the upgrade cost. No brainer. I don’t know the details of the trans or the gearing but it was a night and day difference between how the 2020 trucks accelerated. Total no brainer. I gladly paid the difference and got the 6.2 in my Sierra. In every way it felt stronger. It was the most apparent on the roll on but even from a dead start the 6.2 felt MUCH faster that the 5.3. I don’t care about the MPG difference. These are huge fat trucks after all.
  14. Wow. That is super loud for a lifter collapse. I can’t imagine they gave that back to you “fixed”. Almost sounds like something is about to let loose in the engine. I would definitely ask for a new motor.
  15. Do you really want to take these high, loose un aerodynamic vehicles with truck tires with a significant forward weight bias at speeds higher than 100?
  16. Ok thanks for the explanation. I guess I knew that it had DFM when I purchased it so I knew it was a V8 that has advanced cylinder fuel management so it doesn’t bother me and it equals better fuel mileage and it’s warranted. I think to try and put some aftermarket device on my 6.2 that has such complex control logic and turn off something that was designed in deeply into the way the whole systems is intended to function may result in bigger problems. I appreciate the explanation. It’s not for me. thanks again.
  17. Can you please tell me why you would use this in the first place? I understand turning off the auto start stop but why disable the DFM and cause rough shifting and higher gas use? DFM is seemless. Do you actually feel it in some way? Trying to figure it out if I am missing something?
  18. Pretty cool hat. I wonder why the hell they would make that a Canada only product?
  19. Your right. I didn’t get the lovely locking center console and the underseat storage tray.
  20. I really can’t tell you if it helps. I have only driven mine and it was that way from the factory so have no before and after reference. It looks nice. Intake noise is a little louder than the stock truck that I compared to while at the dealer listening to the difference of the standard and sport exhaust. On the other hand the sport exhaust is nite and day. So very much deeper and throatier than the standard exhaust. Exhaust is a no brainer on the 6.2. The stock exhaust is Toyota quiet.
  21. Hi all. I just joined the site. Came home with a brand new 2020 AT4 fully loaded with all the options including the sport exhaust and cold air intake. Simply love this truck. Looking forward to contributing to the site.
