    Personally, I hate chrome. Never have liked it. I have chrome on my truck now that one day will not be there, to include the mirror caps. Luckily those are like 100 bucks to get the red ones to match. The pain in the butt will be the door handles. If there was someone in my area that wanted chrome wheels, Id probably swap them lol

    If you use the adapter, does it auto work or does it have to be in tow/haul mode?

    It does suck. Mine randomly turn off also. When I asked the dealer about it they said, "Couldn't replicate." Well since its random, of course they couldn't. So it still does it and will probably never be fixed. A damn shame for such a nice looking and expensive ride.

    I usually havent had issues with Shell either. However, the tuner said he can see issues with Shell gas when he's tuning etc. I normally use Exxon these days.

    If you go off what Diablew says, if memory serves, it causes detonation even if you cannot hear it.

    I have a 2022 LTD 1500 and have the same issue with music skipping, freezing, black screen/crashing and not accepting inputs from the steering wheel. Chevy said..no light means no error and wouldnt do anything with it since it wasnt acting up at the time they looked at it. Its a damn shame. Hell sometimes CP will not accept touches on the screen either.

    Sounds like someone needs to create a plug with resistance so it will work. Sounds like a good money maker lol.

    Funny you said that. That is what I bought when we dropped my daughter off at work. I just put the two pieces back on the truck about 20min ago. They look good right this min. The test will be when they get wet. I would just try it today but....I just washed the truck so not doing it lol.

    Everyone believes prices go up, its normal. However, no one thinks prices are going to double in such a short time. Just because you can write off infinite price increases for it doesn't mean everyone can. A lot of people also cannot just afford to absorb how much all prices to include gas has gone up in such a short time.

    If I use those, will it come back after rain or wash or stay gone?

    That's the thing though, I have gotten it off but then it comes back in the rain etc. It's definitely not the sprinkler system as the truck currently fits in the garage. Wonder if this will work as well as the ones you suggested. I have this for the interior now.

    Does anyone else have this issue? It does not matter if I wash it (If I do not dry it), or it rains or use Trim Shine etc. I can get the white spots to come off but as soon as any water hits them again, they look like this. It is only the two cowl end pieces that do this. It makes my truck look like crap. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

    They just gave me the standard, "Cannot duplicate." So mine still cut off randomly lol.

    Yeah these prices are retarded. I told my wife I think its more to break the middle class than anything else. I miss it taking less than $20 to fill up my ride lol. We had a budget of about $300 a month for the two vehicles we have now its up to $600. I think I need to find a remote job so I can use less gas for work and more for fun lol.

    Nice. Makes me wish I would have went with the 6.2L....kinda lol. I dont want to pay for premium anymore though. Especially now a days.

    If it was going to damage the engine to use 87, then 91+ would be required vs recommended.

    She's gone. I traded her for the truck :). I am indeed happy I did though. I have really always needed one with a large family. Now I never have to have things delivered to get it here, I can just get it myself.

    There are days I miss my Camaro with the 6.2L. I opted for the 5.3 because I didn't want to pay for premium lol. Its OK though it has helped me not be as bad as I was in the car. Not a lot but some.

    In this case, the 2" tire he is talking about only nets 1" on height. When you're talking tires and extra height, you only count the radius which will only net 1" extra. So with that being said, his math was correct.
