Service 4wd

ok, so heres what its doin, im gunna take it into the dealership monday, but for the weekend, ima play with it some...

 

not everytime, but sometimes when i turn the truck on, it says service 4wd. then i turn hit the odomiter button to turn the warning off. it wont shift to 4wd for like 5 min. then magicly it does when i press it later. and like i said, its not every time, just some times. and my 4wd buttons seem a lil lose. like, the whole unit housing the 4 buttons, i have to really mash it to get it to switch, otherwise it dont register that i even hit the button.

 

like i said, im gunna have it looked at monday, but any ideas on what might be up?

The solder connections are bad. It needs resoldered or replaced, it's only about $30 from the dealership.
