I was cleaning up my shed and I found my stock air box and i looked at it and it has 6.0 on it for the motor size. So does it have a 6.0 or did someone put a diff lid on it. Im not sure and it has the diff 4wd its like awd

'04s Tahoe's never had 6.0's.....Just the 4.8 or 5.3

Look at the eight digit of your VIN,It should either be a Z or a T,The Z is the flex-fuel 5.3,and the T is the regular 5.3

The 8th number on my vin is a Z so I guess mine is flex fuel it still has 295hp right

Yep,Its the flex-fuel 5.3 w/295 hp
