Truck Wont Start 90 Sierra

My truck is a 90 sierra. It sat for a week. I went out to start it and it would just crank but wouldnt start. No dash lights and no chime would come on...unless i turned on the lights. Well i was killing the battery trying but it wouldnt start. Even when i tried to jump it, still wouldnt turn over. Ive replaced the battery. Ive also replaced the ignition switch, and key cylinder. The gauges still wouldnt light and it does the same thing...could it be the alt.? Any ideas? Fuel pump, but the gauges lead me to believe no on that. The battery gauge doesnt read anything either on the dash.

Check all fuses. How to check fuses...

Then keep the battery charged up with a battery charger as you work on this problem. Engine computers need a minimum voltage to operate.

Try some ether. That should tell you if it's ignition or fuel.
