Sub Wiring Question

Heres what i have

(2) 2ohm RE audio SRx10" subs 300rms each

(1) Sundown audio SAZ-1000d

---RMS power, 2 ohm linkable/dual mono

1800W x 1CH

----RMS power, 1 ohm mono

1000W x 1CH

----RMS power, 2 ohm mono

600W x 1CH

----RMS power, 4 ohm mono

300W x 1CH

Now my Amp has 2 sets of speaker outputs (A/B), i assume they are wiried in parralel internally.

i purchased the amp a mono D block because i wanted to run the system at 2ohm load and wire it like this

2DVC_2-ohm_mono.jpg

Thinking that my amp would run 600rms x1 @2ohm divided by 2 because I'm using to subs i would be right were i wanted 300 RMS to each sub. Now i open the amp and see it has 2 sets of speaker outputs i really have no idea how to wire this.

should i just use one of the speaker outputs and wire it like the diagram posted above??

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Check out this website. It has alot of info on Ohms. You want to get the most out of a sub but you dont want to burn up an amp. Also if your amp is a 2 channel and its bridged then there should be a line over the output terminals to tell you which positive and negative to use. You would be using the just one of each channel making it a single channel amp. You should get more power out of it that way.

It dosen't matter if u hook one sub up to the left pos and neg and the other to the right pos and neg or if you hook up both to one set like in your picture the extra set of terminals is just a convenience factor the amp isn't going to regulate what ohms it sees. IMO I would hook up one set of speaker wires just to have less wires to hide. And if your unsure get a dmm and check the ohms.
