Led Light Bars

I was looking around on Stylin' Trucks and saw a "Fire and Ice" led light bar that goes between the tailgate and bumper. It lights up with the taillights, brake lights, turnsignals, and has white led's for the reverse lights. I thought it was kinda neat but am wondering if it would just be "too much". Does anyone have led light bars on their truck?

I have them on my '97. I think it looks good. Its just the regular red one though. No reverse lights. If you want, i could take a pic of it when it gets dark...

Installed on on my friends 09. I think it looks good. Havent gotten around to putting one on mine yet but I would go ahead and get on if I was you. Like 97ChevyZ71 said though I would just stick with the red. I have seen the ones with the reverse and I dont care for them personally.

I agree, have one on my 02, just red. Looks pretty good I think but the white back up might be a little much as I doubt it will illuminate much. Buddy put smoked grey lights on the top of my cab to match the charcoal color and it looks reall cool. Still illuminates orange at night but I believe any color other than orange than amber is a taboo for cab clearance.

I have it on my 07 GMT-900. I love it! it comes in handy especially since i blacked out my tail lights. The white shines bright and i can see it through my tinted lights and tinted windows.

I don't have the Fire-N-Ice one, just the Fire - I like it

recon accessories has a new fire/ice with scanning turn signals... it was one of the first things i installed on my nnbs and i love it. also safer with it on people notice if you're stopping or turning easier! i didnt care for the parking lights so i just skipped wiring that part up. i have no complaints with the reverse lights i think they look cool at night when you unlock the truck and all the lights come on. www.gorecon.com
