probably not. wont gain anything just like you get nothing from a throttle body spacer. GM builds these TB's for the engine they are on and there shouldnt be any reason to modify it.

I've heard mixed reviews. A few who have tried it say it works, and a few not. So, it's up to you.

I have seen an Independant dyno sheet from this product somewhere on the internet. At best your power stays the same. Most cases it actually decreases power. In cars/trucks with large TB's It does help with the low end a little, because of the overly large TB...but in anything stock it just decreases the CFM of your intake...Less CFM=Less power for the most part.
