Dual Door Hinge Pin Replacement? Help?

Okay all, I need some How-to help. I am fixing may fathers 1999 Chevy Silverado 2500. I need to replace old bushings and door hinge pins. This is the dual hinge pin set-up for each bracket, not one main pin but two seprate. The dealer gave me one long pin and said that was it, but thier diagram was not the same. When I got the door off and looked at everthing on the bracket I don't see how this is right. I have found kits online that have the dual pin set-up, but I would like to know what is the dealer method. Someone give me a how-to link or some info on this set-up so I can make sure it is right.
