Room for 2 10" Kickers?

I am getting a '02 2500HD crew cab in about a month.  I have two 10" Kickers in my S-10 that I want to put in the new truck.  Is there room in the truck? About the only place I can think of is under the seat, but I am not sure there is any room under the back seat  or if there is enough room under the front seat?  If you have seen an install done in a truck like this please let me know how it was done, some pics would be great.

I purchased a MTX thunderform for my 3-door for about $180 with approx 2 cu ft. of airspace.  I am going to use this for my Soundstream Pro 10's.

 

The shop had to order it in my color (gray) and it will be in monday night.  I can post a pic tuesday if you would like.  I am sure MTX has a similar pic on their site though.
