2009 Gmc 6.2l Direct Injection?

I have been reading around about the 6.2L currently in the Denali and the Sierras and am finding conflicting information. Does it or does it not utilize GDI, gasoline direct injection? Or is it port-injection?

 

I'm pretty sure it is port-injection and the new 2011 DOHC version will be direct?

 

Any thoughts here...
