Just placed my order as well, thank you for the heads up. I also have some concern about the leveling kit and the ball joints, but I thought I would buy first, and investigate this issue further later. . . I am sure that the commenters on this forum will be able to enlighten me. But searching the forum is for tomorrow, buying the kit is for today. :shakehead:

yup, I ordered my kit as well, I wanted a plastic kit to resist corrosion better than Al and steel. I'll be getting this milled down to only level 1.5", then measure the angle on the balljoints, if it's still too steep, i'll have them milled some more.

I was thinking the exact same thing to bring down the angles a bit...

Have had mine on my truck for a year now and about 12,00 miles and no problems.

Does anyone know what it should cost to have these professionally installed. I am getting a new set of tires this week. Would a place like Discount Tire be able to install these as well.

Well, it can't be more than 2 hours labor. Most people claim they install them in around an hour or just over an hour. :shakehead:
