So the truck died while driving it, code for ckp sensor showed up, replaced sensor and got a re-learn, was on my way when it died again. Now i have replaced the fuel pump, checked the pressure, all good but still no starting!

Checked for spark- no spark.

Actually had this problem before when i replaced the ckp sensor there was no spark, then i put truck outside and on friday, sat outside in winter all weekend then towed to dealer for re-learn and it fired right up for them no problems at all, and they performed a re-learn for me. So i picked it up, drove away then it died again. So second thing was to replace fuel pump. Now i have done that and the truck is inside and warm, good fuel pressure but no spark.

Almost seems as if it has something to do with a component or the ignition module warming up and it won't work. But when its out in the cold i can drive a bit and then it will die again as is warms up.?

Any ideas?? ignition module bad?

Sounds like a break in the wire to the CKP sensor. If you trace the wire up from the CKP sensor you should be able to see if any of the wires are broken, crimped or whatever.
