Sold the car and have these laying around

Filter: gm part 24227477 new in package.

Gasket: gm part 24206182 new in package.

These go for around $32 a piece (comparison found at Rockauto.com)

  Have a look at the Diode Dynamic C1R light. It installs in minutes with their wiring harness and is super bright when backing up.   Guys, thank you so much for the help! Dealer called back and is willing to participate $7,000 towards lifter and cam shaft replacement. Basically complete engine rebuild. Our cost will be 5k. These replacement parts will be covered by a 3 year 36,000 mile warranty.
