New Nav Disc And Lost Info

Just put a new disc in my factory nav system. All of my address book has dissapered. All of the POI's I had saved are gone also. Has this happend to others? Wish I had know this was going to happen. I would have wrote down the ones I wanted to save.

Nope but I think the newer discs have firmware updates for the radios. I believe when you put a newer disc in it flash the radio firmware to the version on the disc. Apparently the address book is stored in same flash memory as the firmware. Sorry it happened to you but it's good to know for future reference.
