Vibrating Noise In Dash 2007

I searched and it came up with nothing. I have an 07 Silverado. When around 40mph I get an odd noise from in the dash. Sounds like something vibrating. I can't see anything unusual. Any Ideas where to look or what to look at? Seems to be between the speedo and the radio somewhere.

try moving the vent direction control and see if that changes anything. I had a sound that was the vents trying to change direction and when I switched it once it stopped.
