Stutter When Accellerating

I will explain what the issue is with my 98 Chevy Tahoe 4X4. When I am on the highway and have reached around 100kms and cruising, I lightly accellerate (as if to speed up 10km or so) and the truck accellerates for a short bit, the engine stumbles slightly-with no accelleration, and then continues to accellerate. I live out of town so when the engine is cold, this is not apparant but when the engine has reached normal operating temperature, this is when it starts to show this issue. I have not noticed this when driving in the city (so the truck would not be in overdrive). I have only owned the truck for a short while and when I first bought it, it threw some codes right away for O2 sensors and the EGR.

 

I have so far changed all four O2 sensors, EGR, plugs, cap/rotor, cleaned the MAF sensor, new air filter, new TPS (the one originally was missing the spring inside?) and some other stuff that I think would not effect the stumbling issue but needed to be fixed.

 

In reading some of the posts, it seems I might have a MAF sensor issue but do not want to just keep on throwing parts at the problem. Has anyone diagnosed this type of problem before and a possible fix? I am not sure how to check if the MAF sensor is working properly or is it a possible transmission problem? There are no new codes either.

This morning I changed the PCV and fuel filter and now it seems to be working fine and the issue I enquired about has gone away. At the onset, I thought it possibly was the fuel filter but a friend of mine changed my mind for me and I ended up changing a pile of parts in the meantime. I guess a tune up could have been in order.
