Yukon Blower Fan Run On

I have a 2004 Yukon XL 1500 that had the front blower fan running even with the ignition switch off. This vehicle has climate control and I replaced the module with a GM replacement # 89018778. After replacement the fan operated normally for 4 days after which time the problem reoccured. I did check the connectors to the module and into the fan motor and they appeared to be in good condition.

 

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
