Tire Jack Part #?

Could someone please look on their 08/09 2500 HD and provide me with the tire jack part number? This is the jack that sits under the rear seat. Apparently the person who owned the truck prior to me took it out at one point and never put it back in Going to be taking a road trip soon and need to make sure I am prepared.

I bought mine used too and the jack was missing. I just went and bought one at the local auto parts store. Luckily, it fit right in between two brackets under the seat and stays put when I'm driving.

I got rid of mine early on. pieces of crap anyway.

If I need a jack..well thats what triple A is for. If I go off roading then the high lift jack goes in the bed
