None Of My Power Door Locks Working! Help Please!

Hello all, I have a 2000 Yukon XL 1500, and recently all 5 of my power door locks went out (including rear lift gate). My rear passenger door won't even unlock manually. Could be that something just isn't hooked on the lock itself correctly. I need to take the panel off and check it out. Anyway, I have checked all the fuses and they all seem to be good. The weird thing is that when I am messing with the fuses and I plug one in I can here it send the signal to the doors like it wants to unlock, but it doesn't. When I press my keyless entry it sends the signal as well, but doesn't unlock anything either. Even when I press the power door locks on driver door, it acts like it wants to work, but won't unlock once again. I have been trying to find out and maybe it could be the body control module, or door actuators, hopefully nothing more! I would rather try to do something myself before I get ripped off at a shop or the dealer. Please help if you have any advice, suggestions, or know from experience.

I can only unlock with the key or by hand once inside. The doors do not even automatically lock once I get to a certain speed like they are supposed to. Another thing is that my alarm will still go off if I don't manually lock the doors and then open the door later as if the truck thinks my doors were locked so it sets the alarm off, but in reality the doors are not locked.

i'd say something computer related, its unlikely all the door actuators took a shit at once....possibley security related, you do anything like jump it or put a cd player in it lately?

No, havent changed anything before it started doing this to me. Thanks for the advice. Does anyone know about the body control module??

Get a code readout. See what DTC are showing. Kragen, Autozone and others will either readout them for free or sell you a reader. Just a starting point.

That rear pax door not openning manually is likely a mechanical problem. Pull the doorpanel and check it out.

Their scanner is not going to give you Body Control codes.

You need a Tech2 or a Genisys/Pegisys Scan tool to retrieve body codes.

You say you hear something in the door when it press lock or unlock. Is it just in the drivers door?? If so could be in the master switch. I don't think in 2000 they had them on a control module. Just the pcm sending a signal to the master switch to unlock. Correct me if I am wrong. But it was latter on when they revamped it when it got the control module. RIGHT???
