If this is an ext. cab, make sure the rear doors are closed right. In some trucks you have to slam the rear doors.

Since you say it's coming from the driver's window and not any other window or door- check to make sure that the felt lip at the bottom of the window, right behind the edge of your door panel is still intact or in good condition. But I'd almost bet that your doors weatherstripping is dried out and needs to be treated. Try running some dielectric grease on the weather stripping, letting it seat for a few minutes before wiping if off with a rag. That seemed to help with my wind noise issues. Also make sure that the noise your hearing isn't coming from the back driverside window if it's a extended cab. Treat the same way. Let us know once you find the problem-
