2004 Yukon Denali

Hi everyone!

I just joined the board & grabbed an 04 1 owner Yukon Denali today.

Really nice truck but have a question please?

The rear end seems to sit up pretty high for my needs & see there are air hoses to the shocks? Can I adjust ride height or will I need different springs? Tires are brand new on stock rims so they have to stay for now.

I know my way around an 87 Grand National but this is my first Yukon to enjoy.

Thanks for any help you may have?

Cheers! David

PS: These things have so many buttons inside that the ownwers manual is going with me for a while! :dunno:

Enjoy the Denali, I sold mine a few years back and downgraded to the Tahoe, I wanted low range to help while backing trailers around. My wife is still mad at me for that one even thought I bought her a BMW 530i for her daily driver. She really liked the Denali.

We thought of doing the same, the rear sits too high and looks a little funky. The ride height can be changed with a computer adjust but I don't know how. Search the forum now that you are a member, I am sure the info is out there. Changing ride height will change your alignment slightly.

My mechanic friend said I could possibly switch around the shock brackets but isnt real familiar with Yukons. Maybe once on the hoist he will have better ideas but I told him I would ask here for more ideas?

Cheers!
